Rika’s Hearts is proud to host the 2026 Family Fun Run/Walk for Epilepsy in partnership with the Epilepsy Association of Western & Central Pennsylvania. This community event brings families, friends, organizations, and supporters together to raise awareness for epilepsy while supporting individuals and families affected by serious health challenges.
The Family Fun Run/Walk is more than a community fitness event. It is an opportunity to come together, build awareness, show support, and make a positive difference for children and families facing difficult medical circumstances.
About Rika’s Hearts
Rika’s Hearts is a community driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families facing life threatening illnesses, medical hardships, and difficult life circumstances. Through fundraising and community programs, the organization provides financial assistance, educational support, scholarships, handmade gift baskets, and encouragement to families in need.
Event Purpose
The 2026 Family Fun Run/Walk for Epilepsy will help bring greater awareness to epilepsy while creating an opportunity for the community to come together in support of those affected by the condition.
Proceeds from the event will support Rika’s Hearts and its ongoing efforts to assist children, families, and community programs.
